101 Low battery info
Battery charge has dropped too low to continue.
Fix: Return the robot to the dock to recharge.
102 Robot is off the floor info
The robot has been picked up or is tilted off the ground.
Fix: Place it back on a flat floor and restart.
103 Driving wheel malfunction warning
A drive wheel isn't responding correctly.
Fix: Check the wheel for tangled hair or debris; if clear, it may need service.
104 Excess dust on the anti-drop sensors info
The cliff/anti-drop sensors are covered in dust.
Fix: Wipe the sensors on the underside of the robot with a dry cloth.
105 Robot is stuck info
Physically wedged under furniture or against an object.
Fix: Free the robot and move it to open floor.
106 Side brushes have expired info
The side brush has reached its rated usage life.

The dust bin filter has reached its rated usage life.

The bumper's sensor is jammed, often from debris.

The station's clean water tank is empty.
Fix: Refill the fresh water tank.
302 Waste water tank full info
The station's dirty water tank has reached capacity.

The clean water tank isn't installed in the station.
Fix: Install the fresh water tank.

On AIVI models, the main brush isn't behaving as expected.
Fix: Check the main brush for tangles or damage.
1007 Mop plugged warning
The mop mechanism is clogged.
Fix: Remove and clean the mop plate and water path.
1027 Can't find the charging dock, returning to start position info
The robot couldn't locate its dock and is returning to where it started instead.
Fix: Make sure the dock is powered on and its surroundings are clear, then retry.
1052 Time to change the mop info
The mop pad has reached its recommended replacement interval.
Fix: Replace the mop pad.
1053 Task interrupted, returning to charge info
The cleaning task was interrupted and the robot is heading back to the dock.
Fix: Check the app for what interrupted the task; usually no action needed.
1062 Can't locate, starting a new map info
The robot lost its position and is building a fresh map instead.
Fix: Let it finish remapping; ensure lighting is adequate.
1068 Failed to find position, returning to charge info
The robot couldn't determine its location mid-task.
Fix: Check for recent furniture moves or low light that could confuse mapping.
1088 Failed to find position info

Fix: Move it to a well-lit, previously mapped area and retry.
1094 Air-drying the mop info
The station is air-drying the mop pad - this is normal station behavior, not a fault.
Fix: No action needed; wait for the drying cycle to finish.
2036 Obstacle detected info
The robot's sensors detected something blocking its planned path.
Fix: This is normal avoidance behavior; only act if the robot keeps failing at the same spot.
4200 Robot not reachable warning
The app can't reach the robot, usually a Wi-Fi/network issue.
Fix: Check the robot and your phone are both on a working Wi-Fi network.

10002 App program error info
A glitch in the app's connection to the robot.
Fix: Force-close and reopen the app, or reinstall it.
10006 Network connection timed out info
The robot lost its Wi-Fi connection.
Fix: Check your router and move the dock closer to it if the signal is weak.
10010 Robot can't join Wi-Fi info
Wrong password, or the robot only supports 2.4GHz and your network is 5GHz-only.
Fix: Confirm you're connecting it to a 2.4GHz network with the correct password.
10016 Device configuration timed out info
Setup process didn't complete in time.
Fix: Restart the pairing process, keeping the phone close to the robot.
10503 Wi-Fi password never reached the robot info
Pairing was interrupted mid-setup.
Fix: Restart the app's add-device flow from the beginning.
1 beep Robot stuck, wheel or brush jam warning
A physical obstruction is stopping movement.
Fix: Check the wheels and brushes for tangled debris.
