Error 1
LiDAR turret blocked or dirty
info
Something is covering or obstructing the spinning laser sensor on top, or it's blocked by an obstacle.
Fix: Check for tape, stickers or dust on the turret and clean it; if it can't be cleared, move the robot to a new spot and restart.
Error 2
Bumper stuck
info
The front bumper isn't releasing after contact, often debris behind it.
Fix: Lightly tap the bumper several times to free debris; if there's no debris, move the robot to a new spot and restart.
Error 3
Wheels suspended
info
The robot thinks it's been picked up (wheel drop sensor triggered).
Fix: Move it to a new spot on the floor and restart.
Error 4
Cliff sensor error
info
Cliff sensors are dirty or the robot is hanging over an edge.
Fix: Wipe the cliff sensors clean, or move the robot to a new spot and restart.

Fix: Air-dry the filter for at least 24 hours, or clean/replace it.
Error 11
Strong magnetic field detected
info
Started too close to a virtual wall / magnetic strip.
Fix: Move the robot to a new spot away from the magnetic strip and restart.
Error 12
Low battery
info
Battery charge is too low to continue.
Fix: Return it to the dock to recharge.

Auto-wash dock flagships (Qrevo, Saros, S7/S8 Max Ultra) official source
Roborock's official troubleshooting articles for its auto-wash-dock lineup (help.roborock.com and support.roborock.com), covering symptoms specific to the water tank / self-cleaning base rather than the core numbered codes above.
Dock LED steady red
Dock's status light is steady red
warning
Most often a power/voltage issue with the dock itself; on specific models it can also mean the clean/dirty water tank isn't seated, the dustbin or dust bag is wrong, or (on Qrevo) the cleaning-solution tank or its filter isn't installed correctly.
Fix: Confirm the dock's power meets its rated voltage, then check the water tanks, dustbin/dust bag and (on Qrevo) the cleaning solution tank are all correctly seated.
Fan speed lowered
Fan speed lowered warning
warning
Airflow is restricted, almost always a blocked strainer or a dirty/clogged filter.
Fix: Check and clean the strainer, and clean or replace the filter.
Little water leaking from tank, mopping cloth almost dry
Mop running dry / barely any water
info
The water outlet is clogged, the mop cloth or water filter is worn, or the water tank is bent and not seating flat - using cleaning products in the tank can also clog the filter.
Fix: Gently clear the water outlet with a needle, replace the mop cloth and water filter, check the tank sits flat, and adjust the water flow level in the app.
